1. Introduction
Welcome to Royal Morocco Adventure. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of tours, excursions or travel services provided by us (the “Services”). By booking with us or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking and Contract Formation
A booking request becomes a binding contract once we send a written confirmation (by email or otherwise) confirming your reservation.
The Services to be provided (itinerary, accommodations, activities, pricing, dates) are those described in the booking confirmation.
3. Price & Payment Terms
Prices for tours/services are as stated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in pricing.
A deposit amount, or full payment (depending on the offer), may be required to secure a booking. The balance must be paid by the date specified in the booking confirmation.
If payment is not completed by the due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled and retain any deposit paid.
4. Cancellation and Changes
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
5. Travel Documents, Visas & Entry Requirements
It is the traveller’s responsibility to obtain and hold a valid passport, visas, permits, and any required travel or health documents for the destination(s).
We do not guarantee or assume responsibility for information about visa rules, vaccination, customs, climate, baggage requirements or other entry requirements.
6. Insurance & Personal Responsibility
We strongly recommend that you arrange adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, cancellation, baggage loss, trip interruption, and other travel-related risks.
By booking with us, you accept that adventure travel involves inherent risks (e.g. physical activity, remote regions, variable terrain, climatic conditions), and you participate at your own risk.
7. Use of Suppliers & Third-Party Services
Some elements of your trip (transportation, accommodation, guided tours, third-party activities) may be provided by independent third-party suppliers. While we make reasonable efforts to select reliable partners, we don’t directly control their operations.
We cannot be held responsible for the acts, omissions, errors or negligence of any third-party supplier.
8. Liability Limitation
Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, Royal Morocco Adventure, its agents, employees, guides and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, injury, loss or other costs.
Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid to us for the relevant Services.
9. Client Conduct
You must comply with local laws, customs, regulations, and respect cultural and social norms during the trip.
If any participant endangers themselves, others, or disrupts the group, we reserve the right to remove them from the tour without refund.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version applicable to your booking will be the one in effect at the time of your booking confirmation.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of Morocco.
Any disputes arising in connection with a booking or these Terms will be subject to the competent courts of Morocco.
12. Data Protection & Privacy
We collect only the personal information necessary to process bookings and communicate with you (contact information, passport/visa data, preferences, etc.).
Your data will be used solely for the purpose of organizing your travel, and we will not share it with third parties except for legitimate suppliers (hotels, transport, guides) or when required by law.
13. Acknowledgment of Risk and Acceptance
By making a booking with Royal Morocco Adventure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions — including assumptions of risk and limitations of liability.
